Lead Generation for Staffing Companies - Try these best ways to get new clients

As a recruiter how in the world do you find companies and make them into clients where are they is there enough absolutely watch this video and I'll show you exactly where you can find them [Music] hey welcome to the millionaire recruiter I'm Breanna Rooney your millionaire recruiter and if you haven't yet seen this channel before it is all about making you the next millionaire recruiter so make sure you check this out every Thursday at noon that is where I put out some new topics and just have a lot of fun paying it forward here all right so today I'm gonna talk about what actually the biggest questions I get asked a lot and it's where do you find the companies that you can then try to make in the clients this is really interesting to me because I've been in this industry for so long and so I know that there are thousands and thousands of companies that need us recruiters we are in high demand that is why it's important we make this industry really solid and why I put up my training materials and don't forget to check that out on the millionaire recruiter com it's a six-week bootcamp course that really smacks you into being the best recruiter you can and being that millionaire recruiter we have two spots you know one that if you're just starting you've never been a recruiter and then we have the accelerator course that if you've been a recruiter you know take that because there was a lot of tweaks that you can do to make sure you become that millionaire recruiter so how do you even do that you need to know where to find companies now I have a couple of my personal favorites but I just want to talk really quick I'm you need to make sure you have focus.

So I'm gonna just assume in this particular video that you have the focus you know what industry you're gonna do and you know what jobs you're going to fill basically you know what kind of candidates that you're going to be looking for because I feel like if I got into how to do that that would be just two separate videos and it might be a little difficult so I'm gonna assume that you know exactly what types of roles are gonna fill so for me I fill software engineering roles of all sorts it depends on what kind of languages and doesn't matter about company size up to say it's really about languages on what people use but it is software engineers of all types of levels so let's just use this one for example and you can try it yourself with the boolean search side you know put in little buddies saw for engineers ok that's just how I'm gonna start that went out because I know those are the rules I fill I also know that the roles I fill are located in the Bay Area you know San Jose up to San Francisco is my personal sweet spot so let's just assume you know what your sweet spot is now LinkedIn again you hear me talking about LinkedIn so much you would think that they're paying me but they're not to pay them unfortunately but it's really the biggest tool as a recruiter especially being a tech recruiter and actually I think that nearly almost any industry and Lincoln's such a powerful tool it just happened to be built originally for engineering so when yeah so I use LinkedIn a lot you're gonna go to jobs look under jobs on LinkedIn put in software engineer you get I'm just assuming whatever whatever you're searching for and put in the location.

All of these companies that have posted their job means they are hiring for that particular job when right now if I were you I would have an even better focus and I would know for example what language I want whether it's Ruby or Python or whatever I would get a little nitty gritty and probably add that into my little buddies but for this let's just say we're not doing that okay so you're going through and now here's the thing that you do have to be careful of is that of course recruiters do post jobs as well right I don't work with recruiters we want to work with those companies so try to be very careful that you are not reaching out to actual lead generation for staffing companies a biggie I can't tell you how many in my opinion their stems come through my inbox from recruiting companies trying to work and fill my jobs hmm that doesn't make sense so don't be the sloppy recruiter be that millionaire recruiter okay that's just a little tidbit now back to that so you're gonna go through fairly quickly and grab some companies now this is where people get stuck now even though I'm not telling you how to get into these companies and make them your clients it's very important that you get this part right because it's very time consuming if you do it wrong so as you're looking for clients you want to just pop up their website really quickly just to sniff out that they're not recruiters okay at this point it does not matter what they do it should not matter to you the faculty matter is that they need to fill roles don't go based off of what you think is cool because that does not matter okay I've made that mistake before so you want to have in my opinion an Excel spreadsheet out because what you want to do I guess that this is very time-consuming is you want to make your hit list so you want to have hundreds in theory companies that you were going to be trying to make your clients because guess what do you thinks I need one email to a company

It's gonna be your client nope five probably not twenty hope so right I hope you at least get one response so there is definitely a science as to how many companies you have to reach out to in order to just land one and then even when you land one and they get back is that company worthy yes worthy to become your client we don't want to say that you're gonna have to watch a different video in the past few weeks back quite if you made me come once back that I made is how do you know if you're going to make money off of a certain client it's very very very important so there's a lot of moving parts here I hope you realizing so this is just about finding them so once you find them you're gonna put them there lots of times as cool about LinkedIn is the posting will show who that hiring manager is now don't be scared off by it it's a recruiter in this day age

I'm feeling old know right now it's very very normal for companies to have internal recruiters that does not mean that you guys are working against each other that was a few years ago when we didn't know where we fit into the world internal versus you know external but now we work very well together and it's very important and a lot of internal recruiters we're you would think that recruiters are also recruiting for that company that's not always the case companies get so many resumes so many unqualified resumes that it's almost impossible between scheduling and finding and sifting through the current resumes they're getting with the direct traffic to also recruit themselves this is where us our soon-to-be you as an external recruiter possibly most likely we're going on contingency comes into play and this is why we're so very powerful and a partner with that internal recruiter so don't be afraid that that's what you reach out to so you want to put the company name I like to personally put the URL so it's vicious very quickly to just go back and be like look at their career page I would do their career page by the way not just their website I would just take a little couple seconds to get the career page

So you know I'm very easily what they're looking for and then I would put a contact and I we're not gonna go into how to define their emails and all stuff just put the contact that's another video so put the contact and if you want you know have the link of what the job post was but those do expire so that's not always great just maybe make a couple notes looking for rails look rails engineer looking for Python engineer whatever again that's your own personalized search you just want to do whatever it is so you will remember and not always have to go back to that career page and waste time this is all about being efficient to be the millionaire recruiter with an excellent recruiter you have to be efficient because guess what there's just not enough time universe to do everything you know snail status here you know there's too many moving parts being a recruiter you have to move very very quickly for a couple reasons one what is it time as money but anytime okay yeah of course that but it's because you know people's job search can accelerate very very very quickly and so that time should not be wasted companies want to hire as quickly as they can right they needed many bodies they can't they want a big pipeline so everything moves very fast and again people are unpredictable so this is it's just better to move as efficient as possible and anything you do but especially in the recruiting industry it's very very very important you can get caught and get lost into a lot of what I call busy work and that's not actually the work that's going to make you the most money possible so this is why it's important all right

So LinkedIn one way to do it go on their jobs another great tool I like is indeed calm you want to you want to check that out and really do it the same exact way you do LinkedIn same with any other job board you know back in the day used to get a lot of companies off Craigslist is that still thing maybe here's the thing you want to just go to what is the easiest fastest route and that's got to be postings if a company is posting they're actively trying to hire they're spending money on those job postings which means they're praying that they can save some money and find a gem that doesn't happen that's why we have jobs right that's why recruiters are so important because it's very rare but they're trying to say come on please we need somebody we need somebody so those are easy wins now more out-of-the-box creative things is going to be based on what your actual industry is so my industry is taxed like I keep saying I love it and so I also do today so I to the Bay Area tech wire by the way all this will be in the end of the comments below

So you can just fully like just easily check check on these websites and just sign up I get a newsletter every day or every workday I should say from the very attack and that is basically telling me who is getting funding who has money who has new money who's gonna promote it it's just like the talk of the town basically intact because guess what if they got funding what do you think that's for or at least a significant amount it's to hire more slightly so that's very very very crucial and that's a nice hit hey congratulations you just got funding good cool so that's a good idea um CrunchBase is another excellent source to find companies and make them into clients you could be on there forever I love that one angel list is another great one again you can have these sites send you things

So it's not lazy its efficient right great so but and there it's the same way that you're finding things what I find to be really interesting sometimes is to go back let's say well thinks and doesn't really do it let me like indeed because they scrape different job boards so you can go back in time to see what companies were hiring or maybe go on the Bay Area tech and say six back six months back and say hey who got money six months ago because just because they're not in the news now they're not posting now doesn't actually mean that they're not hiring and it could be a really cool you know gem that you find that other recruiters maybe not their crew didn't quite think of so every company I don't say every company but I think the majority of companies are hiring and building and growing and they're having a hard time doing it ding-ding-ding-ding-ding recruiter time so that is the way that I find companies and hopefully turn them into clients which again is another video and it's a lot of information and there's a lot of moving parts so we'll talk about that in a whole other time I hope you at least enjoyed this and make your hit list make it's easy for you real quick on a stat what I tell my employees is that if you want to start getting into companies you better head up at least 20 companies a week at least and this is like multiple times follow ups different people in the company ok so that's just a little sneak peek into that so I hope you enjoyed it and I would love for you to like and subscribe and tell me how do you find companies what makes it easy for you you know are they endless do you have trouble with it I would love to help you out if you tell me you have trouble finding companies because I gotta tell you I think it's just endless out there that's why I feel like no recruiter is an actual as a competitor of techies of us because I don't think there are I think there like a betters are you know like the big companies like Google for example that I'm losing people to Google by the way I'm a great recruiter for gonna work with me alright anyways I hope you guys enjoyed this I will see you every Thursday at noon and do not forget money is just the vessel that gets you to do enjoy all the wonderful things that you want to do with your life so enjoy them and go make some awesome money and change some lives in the process see you next week

Earning from Walmart Marketplace Online in 2021

Hey how's it going youtube this is eman los angeles and in 2020 i actually started selling on walmart's marketplace because i wanted to see how it actually compares to amazon so in today's video we're going to go over the last 30 days of 2020 which is going to be the december month and see if it's actually comparable to amazon fba if it's actually going ahead and making me profitable and is it worth it to scale from amazon onto walmart itself and there's a huge mistake that ended up costing me hundreds of dollars and it was such an easy fix and i'll go over in this video and we're also gonna go over the entire breakdown from the revenue what are my all my expenses and the actual true profit that i went ahead and made on walmart and finally the decision am i gonna go all in on walmart for 2021 so again if you guys appreciate this transparency and the information that i'm gonna go over to in today's video itself please don't forget to hit that subscribe button hit that like button but let's go ahead and dive deep into actually selling on walmart and there are some great reasons why every amazon fba seller should sell on walmart itself and the number one reason is because it's a different avenue of customers right we all know that e-commerce is dominated by amazon but walmart is second place if you go ahead and compare the entire e-commerce world right so having a different website and different customers being able to go ahead and shop for your product itself is a great benefit for any amazon seller and number two is that if you sell on amazon

They charge you a forty dollar seller professional fee regardless if you sell anything or not with walmart themselves they don't charge you that monthly fee whatsoever and number three it's very similar to amazon itself when it comes to selling they do charge you a 50 whenever you go ahead and make a sale but you can also go ahead and ship the items yourself to the customers you can hire a third-party company to go ahead and ship that for you or you can use walmart fulfillment service that works just like amazon fba and in january 2021 walmart actually accepted me onto their walmart fulfillment service platform where i'm able to go ahead and send all my inventory into a walmart fulfillment center and they are in charge of shipping it out to the customers and handling returns and that's a big difference because in 2020 i use a fulfillment service that had a partnership with walmart themselves called deliver and that partnership is very important because it allowed you to go ahead and have a two-day delivery badge under your listing on walmart and that's very important because we all know that on amazon if you are not prime there's a likelihood that a customer will choose a prime item over yourself right so that's the reason why i wanted to go ahead and try out this partnership with deliver so let's actually go ahead and compare my december 2020 sales on amazon and compare that to my december sales on walmart.

So let's go ahead and dive into my amazon sales themselves and if you guys can go ahead and see here in this in december from the first to the 31st of december i sold a total of right around 2 900 940 units total which accounted to just under 80 000 worth of revenue we all know that revenue does not equal profit and the previous video i went ahead and explained my true profit was selling on amazon so i'll go ahead and link it right above here so if you guys are interested in taking a look at that but let's now compare it to walmart and because there's not a lot of tools for walmart sellers list like a helium 10 that extracts all the information from amazon and goes ahead and gives you a breakdown as far as revenue and all the expenses i had to do a lot of back and forth from the walmart seller website to you know my pioneer payment plan to my deliver of fulfillment fees and whatnot so i did it all here so i kind of broke it down from units sold all the way to revenues cost of goods sold so on and so forth but you will notice that i did no ppc or any form of advertising on walmart so bear that in mind when i go over these numbers but for the month of december i sold a whopping 36 units on the walmart marketplace and again i didn't know ppc whatsoever and it didn't compare at all to what i sold on amazon but if the profit margin makes sense why not go ahead and start selling more on walmart and sending in more inventory and start exploring ppc so we'll get to the profit margin itself in a little bit but those 36 units accounted for 1227 dollars worth of revenue and we all know that revenue does not equal profit and the first expense is going to be the cost of goods sold which is how much it costs to manufacture my product and to get it into the united states this still does not include what the fee is to actually ship my items into the delivery fulfillment center so keep that in mind as well so for cost of goods sold it was right around an expense of 279 and then walmart fees and the walmart fees include that 15 fee whenever an item sells again walmart does not charge a monthly fee just to have a seller account active so i was charged 184.19 and then now the shipping and warehouse and this is the big mistake i mentioned in the beginning of this video what deliver allows you to do is either one or two options either go ahead and send it to one fulfillment center and they'll be in charge of going ahead and basically sending it out to their entire fulfillment team from different states they do not charge for this but the only downside is that it takes a very long time to get checked in and because these are december sales i sent inventory late so what i decided to do was instead of just shipping it out to just one fulfillment center i went ahead and shipped it into all the different fulfillment centers they told me to go ahead and send them to so because of that i spent a lot of money on shipping and warehouse right and this includes me going ahead and shipping my items into deliver and then deliver going ahead and shipping out these products to customers whenever an item got sold so i spent a total of 500 on this which really took a hit to my revenue itself so my profit was actually only 186 dollars right let's round out to 187 but the thing is that if i were to went ahead and just shipped it over to that one fulfillment center i would have saved a hundred and forty dollars so this is something that i could have prevented if i would have just shipped my actual inventory in earlier instead of being stressed out and having to pay more money to get them checked in very fast right so if i would have just went ahead and sent it to one fulfillment center.

My profit would have been 320 instead of the 187 dollars so if you go ahead and do the math for the month of december i only had a 15.2 profit margin which is terrible right i started going ahead and crunching the numbers and i basically thought why am i even selling on walmart and that's why i had to go ahead and take a a deeper look into this right because if i would have just went ahead and saved on that shipping cost i would have actually had a 26.6 profit margin which is similar to my 27 profit margin on amazon fba right but as i mentioned before i went over these numbers i don't do any ppc on walmart itself right so even despite all of that with me not even doing any type of advertising on walmart i would have still only had a 26 profit margin which is less than the 27 profit margin i have with amazon that includes ppc so the to answer the question am i going to go all in on walmart for 2021 the answer is no right i know i didn't do a lot of work to get these sales because basically it was just a set it and forget it type of thing like amazon fba is but there are more customers on amazon itself and i'm actually going ahead and utilizing ppc and getting more organic ranking as well right there's some things that i still want to go ahead and change and experiment with walmart including that walmart fulfillment service that i gotta approve for but i feel like it's more worth it to just go all in on amazon and to work on a shopify store for your branding itself because on shopify you won't have to pay that 15 commission to a walmart or an amazon but again that's why i do the videos that's why i crunch the numbers it's all for you guys so again if you guys appreciate the level of transparency don't forget to like this video don't forget to subscribe to his youtube channel but until next time guys peace
